HOME INFORMATION:
This home is available on April 1, 2010. The vacation home is comfortable and you will love the neighborhood. There are three bedrooms, and two baths. The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a Great Room with Fireplace with the kitchen open to the great room with a bar. The back yard patio is open with table and chairs to sit outside and relax, or you can enjoy the large deck as well. The neighborhood streets are hilly and curvy which makes the area very quaint.
The home has Cable TV and Internet. All utilities are included. This is also a non-smoking home.

This vacation home is located in a beautiful subdivision. The homes and land are very well maintained, and it is a quiet neighborhood. This subdivision is very close to the Innisbrook Golf & Country Club area, and just a few miles to the beaches.
